About the RoleWe are hiring for a Recruitment Manager to join Corenza, responsible for hiring within the marketing function for our clients. The candidate can be based in either Mumbai (Remote) or Indore office.
ResponsibilitiesManage the recruitment process for marketing roles.Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs.Source and screen candidates for various marketing positions.Maintain knowledge of all roles within the marketing function.
QualificationsAt least 3 years of experience in marketing; orAt least 3 years of experience in hiring for the marketing function.
Required SkillsStrong understanding of marketing roles and functions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred SkillsPrevious experience in marketing is a plus.Experience in recruitment processes and tools.
