This is a full-time, onsite contract opportunity for candidates with warehouse, distribution, and forklift experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Compensation$22.15 per hourBenefits available to full-time employees after 90 days401(k) with company match after 1 year of service on eligibility datesScheduleMonday through Friday7:00 AM to 3:30 PMPosition HighlightsOnsite role in Sparks, MDIn-person interviewsDrug test requiredSafety shoes requiredOpportunity to work in a busy distribution and warehouse settingResponsibilitiesSafely and accurately load and unload products within the distribution centerPick, pack, label, and process customer ordersScan barcodes and process orders using RF technologyBuild and re-build pallets for shipmentSupport inbound, outbound, and inventory movement tasksUse warehouse and ERP systems to track materials, storage, and product movementPrepare materials and goods for final shipmentAssist with shipment packaging and accuracy verificationOperate material handling equipment in a safe and efficient mannerMaintain work areas according to SOPs and work instructionsFollow safety, documentation, and quality procedures at all timesSupport warehouse cleanliness, security, and housekeeping standardsCross-train in other warehouse functions and assist where neededRequirementsHigh School Diploma, GED, or 3 years of relevant experienceForklift certification requiredExperience operating material handling equipment, including:Reach TruckOrder PickerCounterbalanceDock StockerExperience with RF scanners and warehouse systemsAbility to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environmentAbility to read and interpret warehouse and shipping documentsGood verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and with a teamStrong organizational and prioritization skillsPhysical RequirementsRegular walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, and reachingFrequent use of hands for handling, picking, typing, and scanningAbility to push, pull, and grasp materialsOccasional climbing may be requiredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs in some areasRegular exposure to moving mechanical equipmentHow to ApplyIf you are interested in this Material Handler opportunity, apply today.Austin Faris
