Mechanical Project Engineer (Spring Hill)

Title: Project Engineer – Direct Hire – 4-Day Work Week (Onsite)

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer for a full‑time direct‑hire role with a leading aerospace engineering organization. This position is on-site in Spring Hill, FL or Alberta, Canada, depending on candidate eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and drive project activities to completion
• Ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
• Coordinate cross-functional engineering and operations tasks
• Prepare reports and communicate progress to leadership
• Support occasional travel to military or government sites

Qualifications

• 10–20 years of relevant engineering/project experience
• BS degree preferred, but experience considered in place of education
• Aerospace/defense or high‑compliance engineering environment experience a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and project execution skills
