The TalentMinimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in merchant/partner management, account servicing, stakeholder coordination, or operations roles involving external partners.Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to manage merchant and stakeholder relationships confidently.Excellent organisational skills; able to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and timelines.

Job DescriptionProvide ongoing operational and relationship management for merchants and partners under a membership benefits programme.Manage high-volume account servicing (200+ merchants), including recruitment support, pipeline tracking, governance oversight, and issue resolution.Deliver consistent and timely account servicing to merchants and partners.Act as a key liaison between external merchants and internal teams, ensuring operational matters are coordinated and resolved efficiently.Support identification, assessment, and onboarding of suitable merchants.Maintain regular engagement with existing merchants/partners to strengthen retention and ensure continuity.Maintain merchant pipeline tracking and monitor progress of leads and negotiations.Ensure compliance with contractual terms and programme requirements.Provide sustained, time-sensitive follow-through during peak periods (campaigns, renewals, engagement initiatives).
