Work mode: The assignment is expected to last 1-2 months, part-time with flexible hours is possible, but meetings during office hours may occur.

Cooperation: B2B with ITFS (no paid holidays)

Project: CRM system change (currently Salesforce)

Recruitment process:Interview with ITFS (approx. 15 min) and Technical interview with the Client and Decision

Scope of responsibilities

• Designing and implementing SharePoint-based CRM solutions
• Integrating customer data from the Business Central system
• Defining and implementing activity tracking mechanisms for sales teams
• Creating reports and interactive dashboards in Power BI
• Ensuring high usability of implemented tools and user support

Sought-after competences

• Min. 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Practical knowledge of data warehouse concepts and data modeling
• Experience in configuring SharePoint interfaces
• Proficient knowledge of SharePoint and Power BI
• Efficient use of Microsoft 365 tools (including Outlook and Planner)
• Ability to translate business needs into practical and useful technical solutions
• English language skills at B2/C1 level

Preferred:

• Experience in CRM processes or projects related to replacing CRM systems
• Integration with the Business Central system
• Understanding business and sales processes
