Mid-Weight UX/UI & Graphic Designer We’re a growing homeware eCommerce brand with a passion for beautifully designed products and exceptional customer experiences. As a digital-first, D2C brand, we’re focused on creating seamless, inspiring journeys for our customers across every touchpoint. This is a remote based role that requires travel to London twice a month.
The Role We’re looking for a creative and versatile Mid-Weight UX/UI & Graphic Designer to join our brand team. This is a hybrid role combining digital product design with brand and marketing creative. You’ll play a key role in shaping our website experience while also delivering impactful visual content across campaigns, social, and print.
What You’ll Do Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for web pages and digital journeys Create engaging and high-performing social content (paid and organic) Produce campaign assets across digital, print, and retail (including brochures and POS) Support brand campaigns across multiple channels Ensure consistency and quality across all brand touchpoints Collaborate closely with product, marketing, brand, and engineering teams What You’ll Bring 2–4+ years’ experience in UX/UI and/or graphic design (eCommerce or consumer brand experience preferred) A strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, polished UI, and high-quality visual design Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite Experience with motion design (After Effects or similar) Ability to balance product design and marketing creative work Strong communication skills and exceptional attention to detail What We Offer The opportunity to shape a growing D2C brand A collaborative and creative team environment Competitive salary and benefits Flexible working options Generous staff discount
