Job Summary

Re-entering the workforce or entering for the first time can pose many challenges. The Mon Pathways to Success program is designed to help eliminate those barriers and equip adults for successful lives through employment and growth opportunities across the Mon Health System.Qualified individuals hired into the program must be willing to commit to a 6-month temporary employment period and adhere to company policies, procedures, and performance standards throughout the duration of the program.At the end of the 6-month program, participants will have the opportunity to apply for permanent positions within the organization.

Education

A high school diploma, GED or college degree is not required for entry-level positions. Individuals hired through the Mon Pathways program will have the opportunity to apply for funding to further their education after successful completion of 6-months of employment.
