Key Responsibilities:Install, configure, and maintain MongoDB databasesManage and administer Cosmos DB (MongoDB API preferred)Monitor database performance and optimize queries and indexesImplement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategiesHandle replication, sharding, and scaling of MongoDB clustersEnsure database security, access control, and complianceTroubleshoot production issues and provide quick resolutionPerform capacity planning and system health checks
Required Skills:Strong hands-on experience as MongoDB Administrator (MongoDBA)Experience with Cosmos DB (MongoDB API)Expertise in replication, sharding, and cluster managementKnowledge of backup & recovery strategiesStrong performance tuning and troubleshooting skillsFamiliarity with Linux/Unix environmentsUnderstanding of cloud platforms
