This includes taking photos of the property, determining occupancy, noting visual damages, and submitting information via a mobile application. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct exterior and occasional interior inspections.

• Adhere to strict deadlines, typically within four days of assignment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED; no prior mortgage experience required.

• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and ability to pass a background check.

• Smartphone, computer with internet access, and a printer.

• Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work independently.
