We’re looking for a Mortgage Support Specialist to support our broker partners (not borrowers) and act as their first point of contact when navigating our platform. You’ll play a key role in keeping our loan pipeline moving by resolving issues quickly and keeping brokers moving forward in the loan process.
This role sits at the intersection of mortgage operations and technology, making it an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to grow beyond traditional processing into systems, platform support, and LOS administration. There is a clear path to expand into deeper system ownership as you develop in the role.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $45,000–$58,000, depending on experience

Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll handle incoming requests from our broker network and ensure a smooth experience within our portal. Your responsibilities will include:
- Credential & Access Support – Assist brokers with login issues, password resets, and account access, especially in scenarios where self-service tools don’t resolve the issue
- Company & Contact Management – Add and maintain broker company profiles and contact records in our Loan Origination System (LOS), ensuring data accuracy and proper system setup
- Portal Guidance – Help brokers troubleshoot errors, navigate system behavior, and work through specific scenarios within the platform
- Broker Onboarding Support – Guide new or unfamiliar brokers through key processes so they can confidently use the system
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years of experience in mortgage operations, loan processing, or a related role at a lender, broker shop, or title company, or equivalent experience in a customer-facing technical support role
- Comfortable working in software systems day-to-day; you don’t need to be a developer, but you should be the kind of person who figures technology out
- Strong attention to detail, especially with data entry and record management
- Clear, patient communicator, many of the people you’ll help are not tech-savvy, and your ability to guide them without frustration is essential
- Familiarity with mortgage terminology and the loan origination process is a strong plus
- Experience with LOS platforms (Encompass, BytePro, Calyx, etc.) is a bonus, but not required
- Availability to work MDT business hours preferred
