Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
Perform repair, overhaul, servicing, and modification of aerospace components in accordance with approved Component Maintenance Manuals (CMM), technical drawings, and work instructions.Disassemble, inspect, troubleshoot, clean, repair, and reassemble mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components to required specifications.Conduct functional, pneumatic, hydraulic, and pressure testing to verify serviceability of components after repair completion.Identify defects such as wear, corrosion, leakage, cracks, or contamination and recommend corrective actions.Ensure accurate recording of maintenance work performed, materials used, inspection findings, and test results.Inspect tools, fixtures, rigs, and measuring instruments to ensure serviceability and valid calibration status.Maintain proper housekeeping, safety practices, and compliance with quality standards within the workshop.Support supervisors in meeting turnaround time, productivity targets, urgent operational requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
QualificationNITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Aerospace, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Precision Engineering or related discipline preferred.Fresh graduates with technical aptitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.Candidates with experience in aerospace MRO, manufacturing, automotive, marine, or precision engineering will have an added advantage.Strong hands-on skills in mechanical assembly / disassembly and use of workshop tools.Good attention to detail, safety awareness, and commitment to quality workmanship.Positive attitude, discipline, and ability to work well in a team environment.Able to perform overtime or work on Saturdays when operationally required.
Working Details:Location: Pandan Avenue / West CoastWorking Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMWork Week: 5 days (Saturdays as required)Company shuttle bus provided to/from Clementi MRT Station
