Hiring: Network Support Engineer (L2) - NOC Operations
Work location : Technopark ,Trivandrum
We're hiring for our client for a skilled L2 Network Support Engineer with 2-4 years of experience
Role Overview:
Handle advanced troubleshooting, manage escalated incidents (P1/P2), and ensure high availability of network and infrastructure systems. Act as the key escalation point for L1 and coordinate with L3 teams during critical outages.
Key Responsibilities:• Resolve complex network/infrastructure issues within SLA• Perform deep troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, connectivity)• Lead incident handling, escalation, and stakeholder communication• Support major incident response and service restoration• Contribute to RCA, runbooks, and continuous improvement
Skills Required:• Strong networking fundamentals & troubleshooting experience• Familiarity with monitoring and ticketing tools (Zenduty, Dynamics 365, Zoho Desk)• Ability to analyze logs, metrics & alerts• Good communication & documentation skills
Preferred Certifications: CCNA / Network+ / ITIL (Linux/Cloud is a plus)
