Should work in 24 7 supportExperience in implementation and configuration on protocols and wireless devicesFirmware/IOS upgrade of Switch/Router/FirewallsWorking closely with our various teams across the organization to ensure fast, smooth rollout of resolving issues.Knowledge and understanding of DNS and DHCPTroubleshoot on call on L1, L2, L3 issues.Monitoring Tools: Solar winds. Good understanding on infoblox.Investigate and diagnose Incidents, attempt to resolve them or escalate/refer them to appropriate teamParticipate in daily/weekly/monthly status calls with clients.
