Job Description
Your main responsibilities
Key account management and meet NI sales targets for the defined geography and business plan according to Schindler procedures
Focus on large scale projects and complex tendering
Tracks competitors and develops challenging strategies to retain/increase market share
Assists Sales Manager and Branch Manager in sales forecasting and manpower budgeting
Leads, monitors, supports and motivates the sales team What you bring
Desired experience in similar roles in similar industries for at least eight to ten years.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in Technical, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics. MBA (Marketing) preferred.
