Lead the operations and maintenance of site facilities systems, including gas and chemical distribution, environmental and air systems, water systems, wastewater treatment, and building infrastructure.
Direct the Facilities Operations team responsible for site-wide incident response and daily facility support.
Drive operational excellence through team leadership, procedural standardization, and cross-department collaboration.
Develop team capabilities, implement global facilities standards, and support certification and customer audits.

What's Encouraged Daily:
Lead commissioning activities for all FAB-supporting equipment and utilities systems.
Develop and implement facilities maintenance and operational procedures.
Monitor and optimize departmental performance, including KPI tracking and operational efficiency improvements.
Direct response to facilities-related incidents and ensure minimal impact to production operations.
Oversee staffing, resource planning, and succession development across the Facilities Operations team.
Ensure compliance with all EHSS requirements, training, and corrective action plans.
Manage departmental budgets, cost forecasting, and cost-optimization initiatives.
Represent the site in global facilities forums to support standardization and quality alignment.
How to Qualify:
5+ years of experience leading operations teams in the semiconductor industry or a comparable high-reliability environment.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or equivalent experience.
Experience with building systems, facilities operations, and equipment commissioning.
Background in facility infrastructure management, utilities operations, or industrial plant support.

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:
$115,000.00 - $251,000.00 a year
Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base pay for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations.
Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
