Nuclear Medicine Physician

James A. Haley Veterans' Hospital in Tampa is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Physician to join a mission-driven team dedicated to advancing Veteran care through precision imaging. This role offers the opportunity to provide advanced diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine services, including interpretation of PET/CT, SPECT/CT, cardiac stress test imaging, and general nuclear medicine, while collaborating closely with radiologists, oncologists, and multidisciplinary clinical teams in a dynamic academic environment. Physicians may also participate in quality improvement initiatives, teaching activities, and program development while serving our nation’s Veterans. The position offers a competitive salary of $360,000–$385,000 per year (actual salary determined through the formal VA pay-setting process). Recruitment and relocation incentives (sign-on bonus) may be authorized for highly qualified candidates, and the position may include a telework-eligible component as determined by the program lead.
