You'll work across teams to deliver robust telemetry, enhance reliability, and enable data‑driven operational excellence.Build scalable telemetry pipelines using technologies such as OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Jaeger, Tempo, or similar.- Optimize ingestion, storage, and query performance for high‑volume telemetry data.- Lead data‑driven incident analysis and provide actionable insights.- Automate deployments table.

Essential Requirements- 6+ years of experience in software engineering or systems engineering roles.- Strong programming skills in Python.- Deep experience with cloud‑native platforms (Kubernetes, containers, service mesh architectures).-
