We’relooking forself-startinggraduatestojoinourone-year graduate programin our Penrith office andbecomea part ofour supportive team of rehabilitation consultantsinour missiontohelp Australians be safe and well at work.
Everyday can look different atKonekt... but in general,you’llbe:
- Evaluating the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers whohavea work-related or non-work-related injury, or who have experienced awork-debilitatingillness
- Conducting assessments such asinitialneeds, workplace assessments,ergonomicsand activities of daily living
- Conducting specialist functional and pre-employment assessments for corporate customers (for exampleaudiometry, spirometry, D&A testing)
- Helping clientsidentifyfuture employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills,qualificationsand interests
- Responsible for effective case management to plan, coordinate andmonitoryour client’s progress toward theirreturn-to-workgoal
- Engaging with key stakeholders and building strong relationships tofacilitate the achievement of businessobjectives

Here’sthe important bits thatwe’relooking for:
- Adegree in Occupational Therapy
- Be eligible for AHPRA accreditation, upon graduating
- You have graduated in the last 12 months oraregraduating in mid year 2026
- Be eligible to be Comcare accredited (desirable, but not essential)
- Obtain a current Working with Children Check andhave aclearpre-employment national criminal check
- Hold a full drivers’ license (own vehicle is not necessary)
