Ocean Operation Specialist

Job Responsibilities:Manage a portfolio of ocean freight customers and shipments in accordance with company procedures and customer requirementsHandle permit declaration and customs documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulationsLiaise with carriers, transporters, warehouses and customs to ensure timely and efficient shipment deliveryPrepare and verify shipping documents such as Bill of Lading, invoices, packing lists, and other required documentationMonitor shipment schedules and provide timey updates to customers regarding shipment status and any potential delaysProvide excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholdersIdentify opportunities to improve processes and drive operational efficienciesMaintain accurate records and provide detailed reporting on shipment status and KPIs Requirements:Min. Diploma in Logistics/Freight ForwardingWith at least 2 years of logistics/freight forwarding experiencesWith good knowledge in import and export ocean shipmentProficient with MS OfficePermit declarant an advantage
