This is a full-time hybrid role for an Office Admin and HR professional based in Noida, with the flexibility to work remotely as required. The role involves managing office administration tasks, assisting with HR functions, and providing support for accounting and customer service. Key responsibilities include organizing day-to-day office operations, facilitating communication between departments, maintaining records, and ensuring the smooth execution of administrative and HR processes.
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service for effective interaction with employees, clients, and vendors
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to manage daily operations and maintain organized workflows
- Competency in basic Accounting tasks, such as managing invoices, budgets, and financial records
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Proficiency in office tools and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
- Experience in HR functions, including recruitment and employee engagement, is a plus
