Office Admin / Billing Coordinator
Role
Were seeking a detail-oriented Office Admin / Billing Coordinator to manage billing operations and support the administrative needs of our construction projects. This position is located in our office in South Burlington.
Responsibilities
- Manage all customer billing, invoicing, and payment tracking
- Support day-to-day office and administrative functions
Qualifications
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficient with Google Sheets, Quickbooks & Hubspot (Training available)
