Job Title: Office Admin (Part-Time)
Pay Rate: $18–$19/hr
Duration: Contract
Location: San Diego, CA 92121
Work Hours: Monday – Thursday, 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Admin to support day-to-day financial and administrative operations. This part-time contract role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent customer service. The successful candidate will handle financial transactions, manage administrative documentation, and interact professionally with both customers and internal teams. Fluency in Japanese is required.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform daily financial transaction processing with accuracy and timeliness
- Assist with customer service inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Process, file, organize, and maintain administrative and financial documentation
- Enter and update data in internal financial and administrative systems
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and proper documentation
- Support general office operations and perform additional administrative duties as assigned
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and customer information at all times
Required Qualifications:
- Fluency in Japanese
- Moderate to strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Proficiency with 10-key data entry
- Excellent verbal and written business communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
