Requirements: • 3+ years of HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing setting • Bachelor's degree preferred; CHRP designation a plus • Expertise in recruitment and conflict resolution • Familiarity with payroll systems is beneficial • Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
