Online Marketing Manager - (barcelona)

Empresas: Serras Collection We are looking for an Online Marketing Manager to join our fantastic team at Serras Collection in Barcelona. This is an especially exciting moment for us: we have just opened a new hotel in Andorra, while our other Andorra property continues to thrive; we continue to elevate our flagship hotel in Barcelona; and we are now preparing the opening of our brand new hotel in Sevilla, scheduled for the second quarter of this year—bringing the collection to four hotels by the end of 2026. This role will be essential in strengthening and expanding the digital presence of Serras Collection across Barcelona, Andorra, Sevilla, and future openings as our portfolio continues to grow.

Requisitos : - A genuinely positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude, and a dedicated professional eager to join Serras Collection during a dynamic period of growth. - Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, online marketing, or performance marketing roles, ideally within the luxury or hospitality sector. - Excellent knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, analytics, Metasearch, GMB and digital content best practices. - Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and other relevant digital tools. - Strong communication and writing skills in Spanish, Catalan, and English. - Proficiency with digital design tools and basic video editing is considered a plus. - Creative, analytical, and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
