Day Shift | 8-Hour Shifts | 13+ Week Contract
A well-established regional medical center in Eastern Oregon is seeking an experienced Operating Room Nurse Manager (RN) to step into a high-impact leadership role supporting a busy surgical services department.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Oversee daily OR operations across a 24-hour care environment
- Supervise and support a multidisciplinary surgical team including RNs, scrub techs, aides, and support staff
- Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient intraoperative care delivery
- Partner with surgical leadership on staffing, workflow, and department performance
- Contribute to budgeting, resource planning, and equipment oversight
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice adoption
- Lead staff development, evaluations, and hiring efforts
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
- Serve as a key point of communication across surgical and hospital teams
What They’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required
- CNOR required
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC required
- 5+ years of OR or ASC experience
- Strong exposure to multiple service lines including:
- Orthopedics
- Urology
- GYN
- Vascular
Ideal Background
- Prior OR leadership or manager experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable leading teams, managing conflict, and driving accountability
- Experience in performance improvement and operational oversight
