Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
- Coach, mentor, and support team members to maximize performance and growth
- Identify talent gaps, support recruitment efforts, and promote retention strategies

Operations & Team Collaboration
- Participate in daily operations and provide team support as needed

- Ensure team members are informed of schedules, campaigns, and resources
Communication

- Maintain professional, clear, and constructive communication
- Address conflicts proactively and discourage unproductive behaviors
Sales & Performance Management
- Develop and execute departmental performance goals and forecasts
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet objectives
- Stay informed on industry trends and apply insights to improve results
- Support initiatives to expand engagement and retention
- Manage staffing, training, and performance within the team
- Assist in budget planning and ensure effective resource utilization
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies
- Maintain accuracy and timeliness in all work outputs
- Identify and report issues, errors, or compliance concerns
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain audit readiness
- Support safety protocols and emergency procedures
