Job Description
Oversee daily operations in the corrugated box manufacturing unit.Develop and implement production schedules to meet client requirements.Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.Optimise resource allocation to improve efficiency and reduce waste.Monitor production quality and address any issues promptly.Collaborate with the engineering team to maintain and improve machinery performance.Train and manage a team to achieve operational goals effectively.Prepare reports and analyse data to drive process improvements.The Successful Applicant
10-18 years of experience leading plant operationsAt least 5 years of experience in a leadership level positionOnly candidates heading operations for corrugated box plants will be consideredShould speak Tamil fluentlyWell versed with the South Indian Packaging industry
