JewelsHire, a distinguished leader in the realm of jewelry industry recruitment, extends its invitation for a position at a renowned jewelry manufacturer located in Andheri east, Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensuring all orders are as planned
  
• Coordinating with vendors for the orders in process and ensuring the delivery as per the scheduled
  
• Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for operations and order tracking
  
• Perform order follow-ups and ensure timely status updates across departments
  
• Coordinate with production, sales, QC, and logistics teams to track order execution
  
• Maintain accurate order status dashboards and trackers
  
• Analyze operational data and highlight delays, gaps, and exceptions
  
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across Excel, ERP, and reporting tools
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in operations management
  
• Experience in jewellery / manufacturing industry preferred
  
• Proficient vendor coordination and order planning
  
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (reports, trackers, data analysis)
  
• Good coordination, communication, and follow-up skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet reporting deadlines
