Job Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all orders are as planned
- Coordinating with vendors for the orders in process and ensuring the delivery as per the scheduled
- Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for operations and order tracking
- Perform order follow-ups and ensure timely status updates across departments
- Coordinate with production, sales, QC, and logistics teams to track order execution
- Maintain accurate order status dashboards and trackers
- Analyze operational data and highlight delays, gaps, and exceptions
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across Excel, ERP, and reporting tools
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in operations management
- Experience in jewellery / manufacturing industry preferred
- Proficient vendor coordination and order planning
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (reports, trackers, data analysis)
- Good coordination, communication, and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet reporting deadlines
