Operations + Supply Chain Lead

Benny is redefining energy for a new generation with clean, functional, everyday energy products for smooth, crash‑free boost. We’re at a true inflection point with hockey‑stick growth. We recently launched nationwide in all 1900+ Target locations and will be expanding distribution across various channels, expanding product lines and entering new product categories.

We’re looking for an Operations & Supply Chain Lead who’s excited to build the engine behind a fast‑growing brand; someone who thrives in startup and wants a front‑row seat to turning a challenger brand into a category leader. This is a foundational role for someone who loves building systems, solving problems, and getting to touch many aspects of the business.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute scalable systems for production, fulfillment, and logistics as we grow across DTC and retail.
• Manage production planning and scheduling with co‑packers, manufacturing partners and supply chain partners.
• Ensure consistent product quality and identify opportunities to optimize costs and efficiency.
• Oversee day‑to‑day fulfillment across DTC, wholesale, and retail channels.
• Build and refine operational systems that ensure accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with 3PL partners to streamline order processing, warehousing, and shipping workflows and optimize costs.
• Manage end‑to‑end supply chain – from ingredient sourcing, warehousing, third‑party logistics (3PL) to finished goods logistics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with co‑manufacturers, suppliers, 3PLs, and freight partners.
• Anticipate and resolve bottlenecks to keep things running smoothly and cost‑effectively.
• Help ensure our products meet food safety and regulatory standards as we scale.
• Ensure compliance across Canada and the U.S., including labeling and required documentation.
• Keep FSQA documents organized and audit‑ready.
• Assist with audit coordination and follow up on corrective actions with co‑manufacturers.
• Monitor product quality and flag issues early to protect the brand.
• Build scalable inventory tracking and forecasting systems to support constant product availability and minimize waste across channels.
• Support budgeting, cost analysis, and margin improvement initiatives.
• Create dashboards and KPIs to monitor operational performance and drive accountability.
• Partner with marketing and sales on new product launches and demand forecasts.
• Align with the finance team on cash flow, production schedules, and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics within CPG or beverage. We value hunger and a can‑do attitude over years of technical experience.
• A systems thinker who’s hands‑on, proactive, and thrives in a fast‑moving, founder‑led environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving skills with an ability to translate chaos into clarity.
• Comfortable with budgets, forecasting, and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Bonus: Experience scaling a beverage or CPG brand from startup to large‑scale national distribution.
