Oracle ERP Consultant (All Levels)Technology & Business Transformation UK Hybrid WorkingI'm currently partnering with a rapidly growing consulting practice seeking experienced Oracle ERP professionals across Consultant, Senior Consultant, Manager and Senior Manager levels.This high-performing team delivers large-scale enterprise transformation programmes for clients across the public and private sectors, helping organisations modernise their finance, supply chain and people functions through Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP solutions within the Oracle PartnerNetwork ecosystem.The OpportunitySuccessful candidates will play a key role in delivering complex Oracle transformation programmes, with responsibilities varying depending on level and experience.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver Oracle ERP implementations across the full project lifecycleLead or support functional design, configuration and deployment activitiesManage workstreams or full programme delivery (Manager/Senior Manager level)Facilitate workshops and build strong relationships with senior stakeholdersSupport data migration, testing, integration and go-live activitiesContribute to business development, bids and practice growth initiatives (Manager+)Mentor and support the development of junior consultants (Manager+)Required ExperienceProven Oracle ERP implementation experienceFunctional expertise across one or more of:FinanceSupply Chain (SCM)HCMProjectsStrong understanding of full SDLC deliveryExperience working within Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environmentsExcellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skillsConsulting or professional services experience is highly desirableEligibility for UK Security Clearance where requiredDesirableOracle certificationsOracle Fusion Cloud deployment experiencePublic Sector or Central Government experienceExperience leading large-scale transformation programmesWhy Join?This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing Oracle practice delivering complex, high-impact transformation programmes across a broad client portfolio.
