Job Description
Organizational Change Management
- Develop and execute an OCM strategy aligned to project milestones
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and impact assessments
- Identify change impacts across business units and user groups
- Develop and execute communication plans
- Support leadership alignment and end-user engagement
- Monitor adoption readiness and address resistance points
Training & Enablement
- Design and deliver training for:
- PPM Administrators
- Project Managers
- End Users
- Create training materials (guides, job aids, presentations, quick reference docs)
- Highlight differences between Project Online and Project Server SE
- Deliver instructor-led and/or virtual training sessions
- Provide hands-on workshops and post-training support
Go-Live & Transition Support
- Support go-live readiness activities
- Provide hypercare support during initial rollout
- Assist with knowledge transfer to State support staff
- Ensure users are equipped to operate in a self-support model

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in Organizational Change Management and Training
- Experience supporting enterprise system implementations or migrations
- Proven experience delivering training for Microsoft technologies
- Strong communication, facilitation, and documentation skills
- Experience with user adoption strategies and stakeholder engagement
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft PPM solutions (Project Online / Project Server)
- Familiarity with structured OCM frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR Model)
- Public sector or government experience
- Experience supporting large-scale system transitions
