Packaging Development (General manager/ Sr. General manager)

We are seeking an accomplished packaging leader to spearhead the end to end packaging development agenda at Havells-driving innovation, elevating consumer experience, and shaping the next generation of sustainable, future ready packaging solutions. Lead end to end packaging innovation (Discover Design Develop Validate) Manage a 12+ member expert team across Technical Design, Reprography, Lab & Sustainability Deliver 500+ NPI packaging specs annually with "First Time Right" excellence Drive VAVE initiatives with 5% annual cost savings Ensure 100% compliance: LMR, PWM & BIS across all SKUs Reduce COPQ & transit damages through advanced lab validation Lead sustainability roadmap & packaging digitalization (PLM implementation) Standardize packaging processes for 17,000+ SKUs Require 15+ years of packaging innovation experience (consumer goods preferred) PGD in Packaging (IIP) + Engineering/Chemistry background preferred If you are interested kindly share your CV at
