Job DescriptionJob DescriptionA-Line Staffing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Packaging Operator This role offers career growth, a supportive work environment, and full-time hours (40+ per week).If interested in this Packaging Operator position APPLY NOW for IMMEDIATE considerationBrittney Blackman | [email protected] | text 5867107970PACKAGING OPERATOR | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:Location: Sparks Glencoe MD 21152 – 100% on-sitePayrate: $22.15/hrRequired Availability: Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 7AM-3:30PM PACKAGING OPERATOR | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:The Packaging Operator will be responsible for the manual inspection, labeling, and high-quality packaging of clinical and commercial products while maintaining strict adherence to safety and quality specifications. This role ensures operational efficiency by accurately documenting manufacturing activities, performing inventory counts, and maintaining a clean, compliant production environment.This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needsBenefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insuranceA 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility datesPACKAGING OPERATOR | RESPONSIBILITIES:Inspection & Packaging: Perform manual inspection and labeling of products. Package finished goods to meet customer, clinical, and internal demands.Quality Assurance: Monitor in-process packaging and components to ensure consistent quality; identify and remove any defective materials.Documentation: Maintain accurate Device History Records (DHR) and inventory counts using Good Documentation Practices (GDP).Safety & Maintenance: Participate in safety audits and daily safety discussions.
Perform routine cleaning of packaging stations and processing equipment.Technical Tasks: Perform basic mathematical calculations for batch records and utilize business software for label generation and inventory tracking.PACKAGING OPERATOR | REQUIREMENTS:Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days2+ years of industrial/manufacturing work experienceFamiliarity with computers and basic math.Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Physical/Safety: Must own/wear safety shoes and be comfortable wearing required PPE (gowning).Take the Next Step!Join a company that values your growth and contributions.
