This role ensures operational efficiency by accurately documenting manufacturing activities, performing inventory counts, and maintaining a clean, compliant production environment.This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needsBenefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insuranceA 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility datesPACKAGING OPERATOR | RESPONSIBILITIES:Inspection & Packaging: Perform manual inspection and labeling of products. Package finished goods to meet customer, clinical, and internal demands.Quality Assurance: Monitor in-process packaging and components to ensure consistent quality; identify and remove any defective materials.Documentation: Maintain accurate Device History Records (DHR) and inventory counts using Good Documentation Practices (GDP).Safety & Maintenance: Participate in safety audits and daily safety discussions.

Perform routine cleaning of packaging stations and processing equipment.Technical Tasks: Perform basic mathematical calculations for batch records and utilize business software for label generation and inventory tracking.PACKAGING OPERATOR | REQUIREMENTS:Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days2+ years of industrial/manufacturing work experienceFamiliarity with computers and basic math.Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Physical/Safety: Must own/wear safety shoes and be comfortable wearing required PPE (gowning).Take the Next Step!Join a company that values your growth and contributions.
