About the role
We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimise paid digital campaigns for multiple clients.
You’ll help maximise ROI by combining strategy, creativity and data analysis, working closely with creative, content and strategy teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
What we value
- 2+ years managing paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube).
- Strong skills in analytics and reporting (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, GTM).
- Experience in audience targeting and conversion optimisation.
- Results‑driven mind‑set with strong communication skills.
- Creative and proactive, able to generate new ideas.
- Team player who can collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
What you will do
- Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across platforms.
- Monitor KPIs and adjust bids, targeting and creatives to maximise ROI.
- Conduct research on audiences, competitors and trends to improve campaigns.
- Prepare reports and insights to share with clients and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with design, content and strategy teams to deliver campaigns that convert.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, ensuring expectations are met.
Tools & skills
- Advertising platforms: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube.
- Analytics & reporting: Google Analytics, Looker Studio, GTM.
- Skills: Audience segmentation, conversion optimisation, campaign analysis.
- Certifications: Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint (plus but not required).
Nice to have
- Agency experience managing multiple client accounts.
- Advanced reporting or automation skills.
- Familiarity with campaign management tools and connectors.
