Position: Panel & Product Insight SupervisorWork Location: Alam Sutera, Tangerang

Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Statistics, or a related field (Science background is highly preferred).1–2 years of experience in Product Insight, Sensory Evaluation, or Market Research, preferably within the FMCG or Cosmetics industry.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data processing (advanced Excel is a must; knowledge of SPSS or other statistical tools is a plus).Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse panelists and present insights to management.Detail-oriented, with strong observation skills to identify subtle changes in texture, color, and product reactions on the skin.Strong passion for the beauty and personal care industry.Willing to be placed in Alam Sutera, Tangerang

Job Responsibilities:Product Insight & Analysis: Conduct product testing and sensory evaluation (e.g., blind tests, home use tests) to gather objective feedback on texture, fragrance, and product performance.Data Processing & Reporting: Analyze and interpret testing data using Excel and other statistical tools (e.g., SPSS) to generate actionable insights and comprehensive reports.Panelist Engagement & Communication: Interact with diverse panelists to ensure smooth testing processes and effectively present findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders and management.Product Observation & Evaluation: Closely observe and assess subtle changes in product attributes such as texture, color, and skin reactions to ensure accurate evaluation results.Market & Consumer Insight: Support the identification of consumer preferences and trends within the beauty and personal care industry to contribute to product development strategies.Continuous Learning & Industry Passion: Stay updated with industry trends and demonstrate a strong interest in beauty and personal care to enhance product understanding and insight generation.
