Paralegal

We are seeking a Paralegal to join our IPR law firm. The role combines paralegal responsibilities with junior advocacy, focusing on intellectual property law (trademarks, patents, copyrights, etc.). The ideal candidate will assist with legal research, document preparation, client management, billing coordination, and court representation.

Job Title: ParalegalLocation: Chennai

Key Responsibilities:Conduct legal research on IPR matters.Draft legal documents (petitions, agreements, affidavits, etc.).Manage client files, deadlines, and IPR filings.Assist in IPR portfolio management and litigation support.Handle billing activities using the firm's internal software, including invoice preparation and tracking.Represent clients in IPR hearings and court proceedings.Provide legal advice and assist in settlement negotiations.

Requirements:Experience: 2-5 yearsSkills: Legal research, drafting, client interaction, IPR litigation support.Attributes: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred:IPR experience.
