Paralegal – Corporate or Litigation - NYC (Global Law Firm)

A top global law firm is seeking a Paralegal to support either its Corporate or Litigation practice group in New York. You will assist attorneys with document management, legal research, transaction or case preparation, and filing. Corporate paralegals will support deal closings, due diligence, and entity management.

Litigation paralegals will assist with discovery, court filings, and trial preparation. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing deadlines are essential. Prior law firm paralegal experience required.
