Job Description Job Description\n\nOur Client has an opportunity for a Part Time Call Centre Advisor.\nWorking in a location in Leicester you will be the first point of contact for the Customer dealing with their orders / requests.\n\nGreat place to work, could have the opportunity for the right candidate to progress to a Permanent position.\n\nJob Role:\nCommunicating with the Customer, receiving calls to the helpline and dealing with customers’ orders.\nDealing with enquiries and complaints.\nWill be working within the Logistics and Transportation side of the business, liaising with customers and delivery drivers ensuring that communication flow is smooth, and customer orientated.\nArranging with any issues in regard to restrictions regarding delivery, access to property etc.\n\nReferring on any complex matters when necessary.\n\nRequirements:\nMust have excellent Customer Service Skills, and be a great communicator.\nCall Centre Experience is a Must.\nGreat attention to detail.\nMust be able to drive and have access to own vehicle.\n\nDays:\nMonday to Friday \nHours: 16:00 - 20:00 (may occasionally be required from 15:00)\n \n Please contact Michelle on (phone number removed) or email (url removed)
