What you'll be doingEvery day will bring variety, including:Supporting customers across phone, email, and digital platformsHandling queries and resolving issues with a calm, professional approachMonitoring and engaging with social media communitiesSupporting content scheduling and digital activityWorking with data and systems to keep everything accurate and organisedCollaborating with the wider team to deliver a high-quality service What we're looking forYou might already have experience in customer service or social media-or both.
