Part-Time Practice Nurse

PART-TIME PRACTICE NURSE TO COVER 2.5 DAYS PER WEEK (20 HOURS) Key Responsibilities Providing care in a mixed GMS and Private practice. Work collaboratively with GP's and the wider multi-dis-ciplinary team. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Adhere to clinical governance, infection control and practice policies. Supporting care for a large number of CDM patients and we engage in a very active recall system in all aspects of healthcare. 24hr blood pressure monitoring, Healthcheck. We conduct smears / Administer children's vaccines in line with the current vaccination programme/Nursing management of diabetes/chronic respiratory disease/ Cholesterol testing and dietary advice.
