About the BrandBEDA is a community-built skincare brand designed for the modern Asian woman (30-40+). We bridge the gap between Modern Science and TCM extracts to solve adult acne with an "intentional minimalist" approach. Based in Singapore, our brand is a staple in elite spa-wellness spaces and lives through our vibrant community initiatives like the Beda Book Club.
The MissionWe are looking for a high-energy, sophisticated Relationship Lead to be the face of BEDA in Singapore. This is a "hands-on" role. You will manage our retail footprint, lead our creator community, and physically execute brand activations.
You are the bridge between BEDA’s digital world and our physical presence in Singapore’s premier wellness spaces. This role includes developing and maintaining strategic relationships, coordinating cross-functional projects, facilitating communication with partners, and identifying opportunities to expand BEDA’s presence through collaborative efforts. The candidate will contribute to strengthening company ties with key stakeholders and identifying new growth opportunities.
Core responsibilities
Physical Retail Management: Act as the primary liaison for retail partners. This includes regular site visits to ensure brand standards, managing stock replenishment, and conducting product briefings for staff.Brand Collaborations: Proactively identify and secure partnerships with aligned brands (e.g., boutique fitness studios, F&B concepts, or local lifestyle labels) to grow our physical reach.On-Site Event & Pop-Up Execution: Lead the logistics and project management for BEDA pop-ups and community events. You must be comfortable being "on the floor," managing setup, and interacting directly with our community.Creator & Ambassador Management: Build and maintain the "BEDA Inner Circle." You will source, vet, and manage relationships with Singapore-based creators, skin-positivity advocates, and wellness ambassadors.
QualificationsExperience in Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships development, with the ability to build and sustain strong business relationships.Partnerships need to include: regional brands, retail opportunities, F&B collaborations, press relations & creators/ambassadors relations.Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with partners and internal teams.Proficiency in Project Management to handle multiple projects and ensure efficient execution.Sales experience with skills in identifying new opportunities and contributing to business growth.Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.Previous experience in skincare, beauty, or wellness industries is an advantage.You have a refined eye for detail and align with our "minimalist yet effective" philosophy.
