OTO by CarDekho (automotive financing service marketplace) is a part of CarDekho SEA (India’s biggest digital automotive solutions provider). OTO by CarDekho SEA operates the business across Indonesia and initially focuses on new car dealerships and expanding the new business unit for used car financing, refinancing, dealer inventory funding, multi-financing, and auto insurance.
About the Role:We are looking for a highly driven Partnership Manager – Auto Finance to lead and scale our relationships with financial institution partners across Indonesia.
This role is responsible for owning the end-to-end partnership lifecycle — from opening doors with key decision-makers, negotiating commercial terms, to driving revenue growth and improving conversion performance. You will work closely with internal teams (Sales, Credit, Operations) and senior external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and strong business outcomes.
This is a commercially focused role requiring strong industry networks, sharp negotiation skills, and the ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels.
Responsibility:Own and grow dealer and channel partnerships by identifying, onboarding, and managing partners across assigned marketsDrive lead generation, conversion, and revenue by ensuring strong on-ground execution and partner productivityBuild and maintain strong relationships with partners, acting as the key point of contact for day-to-day operations and escalationsCollaborate with internal teams (Sales, Credit, Operations) to ensure smooth processes and alignment on targetsMonitor partner performance and implement actions to improve output, conversion rates, and overall efficiencyEnsure consistent engagement with partners to drive alignment, resolve issues, and sustain long-term collaboration
Requirements:6–10 years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, or auto financing, preferably within fintech, banking, or marketplace environmentsStrong existing network with dealers, agents, or relevant industry players is highly preferredProven track record in driving revenue growth and improving partner performance across assigned portfoliosStrong negotiation skills with the ability to structure and close mutually beneficial commercial agreementsExcellent stakeholder management skills, with experience managing both internal and external partnersData-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategiesHighly execution-focused, with strong ownership and ability to manage multiple priorities effectivelyFluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with strong communication skills
