This is an excellent opportunity to join an employee-owned organisation that places strong emphasis on teamwork, quality, and long-term success.The successful candidate will play a key role within the parts and aftersales function, supporting customers, service teams, and workshops while contributing to sales growth and operational efficiency.The Role:As a Parts Advisor, your responsibilities will include:Processing parts orders, reservations, invoicing, and payments accurately and efficientlyResponding to customer and aftersales enquiries in coordination with the service departmentProducing estimates and supporting sales targets through proactive account management and relationship buildingDelivering high-quality customer service via telephone, email, and face-to-face communicationAssisting with parts stock control and liaising closely with workshops and service advisorsCarrying out telesales activity, including cold calling, promoting offers, and maintaining customer relationshipsAttending automotive events, car shows, and client meetings as requiredAbout You:To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:Fluency in English and German or PolishPrevious experience within the automotive industry, ideally within a premium or luxury environmentA strong commercial mindset with the ability to contribute to sales growth and profitabilityExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approachA professional attitude, demonstrating integrity, discretion, and attention to detailA solid technical understanding of motor vehicles and a commitment to ongoing learningStrong organisational skills and a confident, professional telephone mannerA full, valid, and clean UK driving licenceWhat's On Offer:Additional annual leaveCompany pension schemeProfit-sharing schemeHealth and wellbeing programmeEmployee discounts and discounted/free foodOn-site parkingHow to Apply:To apply for this Parts Advisor position, please submit your CV.For further information or an informal discussion, contact Sian Moseley-Moon on .
