Job Description
Finance & Business Services is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Patient Revenue Officer (Support Services). The role is full‑time, 38 hours per week, based at the Epworth Corporate building in Richmond with variable start times (8 am or 9 am) and the option to work from home once fully trained.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Scan documents and enter data
- Respond to departmental emails
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Provide ongoing support to Credit, Billing & Accounts Receivable as required
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong computer skills
- Sound knowledge of iPM (desirable)
- Previous customer service, switchboard, or administrative experience in the health sector
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
