Job Description
Title: Payroll Team LeadDuration: 12 MonthsExperience: 5-8 years of Singapore Payroll Experience Knowledge of HR and Payroll software- SuccessFactors and DANTA payroll software.
Below are the responsibilities:
Team Management:Supervise and support a team of payroll and HR ops specialistsAllocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely service delivery.
Payroll Operations:Perform and oversee accurate and compliant payroll processing and HR operations for customers.Conduct quality checks, resolve issues, and ensure proper documentation.
Customer Engagement:Act as the primary contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction and SLA adherence.Manage customer communication, feedback, and issue resolution.
Charging and Financial Oversight:Ensure accurate invoicing and timely charging for HR services.Monitor costs, track revenue, and provide financial updates.
Migration Projects:Lead payroll-related migration initiatives (e.g., archiving tool, vendor transitions).Plan, implement, and test new tools or processes, ensuring smooth transitions.
Compliance and Risk Management:Ensure adherence to labor laws, tax regulations, and data protection standards.Prepare for audits and mitigate risks in payroll operations.
Reporting and Communication:Provide regular updates to management and customers on service performance.Ensure clear communication within the team and with stakeholders.
