About the Role
Classplus & Testbook (100M+ users) has entered a new B2C subscription-based vertical. We're
looking for 2 Performance Marketing Managers to own user acquisition and revenue growth end
to end — testing creatives at scale, running campaigns with aggressive targets, and constantly
ideating new ways to grow.
What You'll Do
• Own Meta Ads and Google Ads end to end — setup, targeting, optimisation, and scaling
• Test 20-30+ ad creatives per week across formats — scale winners, kill losers fast
• Own CAC, ROAS, LTV, and payback period metrics
• Work with product and design to improve install-to-subscription conversion
• Experiment with new channels — YouTube Ads, influencer-led UA, programmatic, affiliate
• Build dashboards and present weekly performance reviews to leadership
What We're Looking For
• 3-5 years of hands-on performance marketing in a B2C subscription or app-install
environment
• Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads — in-house operator level
• Experience managing n20L+ monthly ad spend with strong ROAS
• Strong creative instinct — you think in hooks, thumbstops, and scroll-stoppers
• Understanding of attribution and MMP tools (AppsFlyer, Branch, Adjust)
• Data-first mindset — comfortable in spreadsheets, SQL is a plusDetails
