Job Summary
Sotbella is looking for a highly analytical and result-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid media and digital growth initiatives for the brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, optimizing ad performance, improving ROAS, and scaling revenue through data-driven marketing strategies.
The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, campaign optimization, audience targeting, and performance analytics, preferably within fashion, apparel, or B2C e-commerce brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta, Google and other performance channels
- Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through data-driven performance strategies
- Monitor and improve ROAS, CAC, CTR, conversion rates, and campaign efficiency
- Conduct audience segmentation, retargeting, funnel optimization, and A/B testing
- Manage daily campaign budgets and ensure effective budget allocation
- Work closely with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
- Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights for scaling
- Track website and campaign analytics using Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other tools
- Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels for better performance
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, trends, and best practices
- Coordinate with sales, e-commerce, and merchandising teams for campaign alignment
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 4–7 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking
- Deep understanding of performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, CPL, CPA)
- Experience with pixel setup, event tracking, attribution models, and remarketing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing high-budget ad spends
- Excellent communication and reporting skills

- Candidates from fashion, apparel, beauty, lifestyle, or B2C brands
- Experience scaling revenue through paid digital campaigns
- Strong understanding of e-commerce customer journey and funnel optimization
