This is a remote position open to residents of the United States only. Remote Personal Assistant Aniesispharma is a rapidly growing pharmaceutical company based in New York City. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Remote Personal Assistant. This is a part-time, remote position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and personal support to our CEO and other team members.
Handle all incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and mail Organize and maintain important documents, files, and records Book travel arrangements and accommodations for business trips
Assist with personal tasks such as managing personal appointments and errands Collaborate with team members to ensure tasks and projects are completed efficiently and on time Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Ability to work independently and remotely Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
