Personal Assistant to Chief Executive Officer (Boston)
Met Global Mobility
Job Description
Senior Executive Assistant Met Global Mobility · Boston, MA · Full-time · In-office
About Us
Met Global Mobility is the owner-operated infrastructure behind premium ground transportation for Fortune 500 leadership, family offices, and private aviation clients. Thirty years in. Quietly built. The clients who matter know us; we'd like to keep it that way.
The Role
The founder is building Met Global into the defining name in private ground transportation, and is hiring the person who will make that possible day-to-day. This is a senior, high-trust seat — closer to a chief of staff than a traditional EA. You'll run the operating rhythm behind the founder, own our flagship community programs, and build the relationships that drive the business forward.
You'll be in the room when it counts. You'll represent the company when the founder can't. You'll be the person clients trust to make things happen.
What You'll Own
- The founder's time. Calendar, inbox, daily briefing, travel. Nothing on the calendar without your review. You protect focus, eliminate noise, and make sure every meeting has a purpose.
- Strategic programs. Met Global is launching several initiatives in 2026 to deepen our position with the firms and individuals who matter most in our markets. You'll own the day-to-day execution of these programs end-to-end.
- Pipeline and intelligence. Build and maintain the target map of senior decision-makers and gatekeepers at the top firms in our markets — law, finance, biotech, family offices, hospitality. Own the outreach. Advance the relationships. Hand off to the founder to close.
- Relationship infrastructure. Our top accounts are tracked, remembered, and cared for. The reason clients say Met Global remembers is you.
- Representing the company. Industry events, client dinners, hospitality functions. You walk in, hold your own, work the room, and debrief in writing the next morning.
- The operating rhythm. Weekly priorities, monthly reviews, quarterly planning. You build the cadence and hold the founder to it.
Who You Are
- 2+ years supporting a CEO, managing partner, or senior principal at a serious operating company. Biotech, finance, law, family office, or hospitality backgrounds all translate.
- Polished in any room. You can sit at a dinner with the chief of staff to a Fortune 100 CEO and read as a peer, not staff.
- Comfortable on the phone.
- Discreet by instinct. You've handled sensitive information — deal terms, principal whereabouts, family matters — and your references will confirm that nothing has ever leaked.
- Operationally tight. Inbox zero is not aspirational; it's how you work. You don't get chased; you do the chasing.
- Tech-fluent. CRM, calendar, spreadsheets, modern tools. You don't need to be taught how to use software.
- Based in Greater Boston, in-office. Willing to travel occasionally to New York & Miami
To Apply
Send a note explaining what you've owned that your principal genuinely didn't have to think about, and three references from people who relied on you. No cover letter template. We read every word.
