Role Description
We are seeking a full-time remote Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. The Personal Assistant will manage the CEO’s daily schedule, coordinate meetings and appointments, handle correspondence, and provide administrative support. Additionally, this role involves performing clerical tasks, facilitating internal and external communication on behalf of the CEO, and ensuring seamless organization for all executive activities.
You travel if the CEO travels, you take care of all business and personal needs while traveling; the average travel is around 50% of a month, but can go up to 100% as well, including short notice travel.
Qualifications
You have to be based in Germany.
